Yeah it’s safe to say this organization is falling apart each day tbh. Kravstov is a good player. Also we all know that Gauthier isn’t gonna be in the nhl all 82 games. Kravstov could get called up after the game against Washington tbh. This is crazy man
Krav needs to man UP period stop complaining, he won't play over the other talent. Maybe in a year or so he can make it. He is acting childish imo right now, he needs to grow up.
Just go down play good and he’ll be back up in 10 games, just like chytil. They really just wanted hunt for this first game i believe. But hey if he wants to cry and complain then trade him we need guys that want to work for their spot on the roster not to think it should be given because he was a high draft pick
Definitely can't blame the organization on this one. He's a great player but if they didn't want him playing opening night then so be it, it's not up to him to figure that out. I get why he's upset, but he's handling this really unprofessionally in my opinion.
and a perfect example of how a player got destroyed by not going to the AHL is Brett Howden it makes no sense why these young players think they can be gifted these roles

He said “I don’t think you can put young layers on the 3rd or 4th line and expect them to get much better.” Which is exactly what kravtsov would’ve been doing. So gallant could have been doing him a favor. Send him down to work on his game and get more ice time.
If their intention was to just sit him for Wednesday night and bring him right back I have a hard time believing he would’ve requested a trade. Either they legitimately were keeping him down there or there was some bad miscommunication between the organization & prospect; and it wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened. Very disappointed, I was more impressed with Kravtsov’s brief stint in the NHL than I was with Laf or Kakko so far.
I get what your saying I just don't understand why hunt hajek and even Gauthier are making the team over him this could of been avoided completely I know they were scared they would be picked up off waivers but who cares if someone pickes up hajek or hunt Jones or barron could of been could of been a first call up if we needed someone
Two things can be true: Sending Vitali down is stupid. Vitali should be on the 3rd line and blais on the 4th. But kravstov and lias are both spoiled brats for not wanting to grind it out in the AHL. Stop thinkinv youre entitled to the nhl. Ridiculous. Good video
Zac Jones. Zac Jones has the type of attitude that Kravtsov should have had. Jones did not cut the roster so he said he'll go down to the AHL to work on his game and earn a spot but Kravtsov is playing the primma donna card makes no sense.
How can some call Kravstov great when he has done little at the nhl level ? Great potential perhaps but throwing the word "great" out there like pez candy is not good. It's a test of character and he failed. Not only that but when the Rangers agree to part ways with someone it tends to be about more than one thing. Who knows what that guy is like in the locker room? Maybe he's a little baby? Whatever the reason, the Rangers wouldn't give up on a 1st round pick just like that. There's probably more to the story.
Management needs to manage personalities better. That’s part of their job. Kravtsov needs to grow up but alienating a player to save LIbor Hajek is an example of bad management. If Adam fox started a fight against Kevin Rooney and they both said “ we can’t be in the same room together” do you trade Adam fox? No
Know someone that has had numerous encounters with Kravtsov. Have been told he is a self entitled, spoiled, brat. Not too far off Lias Anderson. Now while I believe this is just the begining of indications of Drury and the organization's incompetence/absence of Gorton & JD, BOTH parties are to blame here. Flat out…it was handled poorly on both sides of the table. And while the fan part of me hates to say it, the reasoning part overpowers…get ready for this type of aggravation guys…this is just the beginning. :::Smfh:::
Keep Kravstov trade Kreider. Kreider sucks, I'll put money we'll never go anywhere with kreider as the leader. Trade them both and get us a centerman who can actually win a faceoff please for God's sake!

A lot of fragile egos with these young prospects. Need players with “we” mindsets not “me”. Takes more than 23 guys to be a competitive playoff team.
