Matheson needs to go, trade him by the deadline as he may still have some value. He is a turnover waiting to happen, soft and would much rather have Guhle or Mailloux (when he is brought up ) running the 2nd P.P.

Absolutely no way Evans gets $4 per year from Montreal. If he does, it will be Dvorak/Anderson, again.
Armia, Matheson, Evans and Dvorak are the players to go. IF Evans will do 3×3 you can sign him, otherwise you can;t overpay for bottom line players. Example: Gallagher / Anderson

The reason why the Habs fought back in the game was the 4th line. If the Canadiens decide to trade Evans, they will have to get a return that is a player/s similar to Evans.
