Honestly, after watching it a few times now, I don't see Kucherov really do anything. If anything, Tkachuk is the only one moving his legs and sweeps his right leg into the path of Kucherov and in doing so he should've gotten the kneeing call.

Kucherov who makes an open is hit on a dirty and scared turtle player who doesn't protect himself by keeping his head up. Hope the league takes action on Tkachuk's foul play and suspends him for a longer period of time as this foul play could end Kucherov's career.
