Flyers are so inconsistent. Play hard one day. Flat out sh** their pants the next. Tortsy’s heart cannot take much more of this. He must know that playoffs is not in their near future. They need two more solid defenseman, two more solid centers, and better goaltending. 2 more seasons.

Give Jarry and Ned their due during this hot stretch. Their stats might not reflect it, but they're the main reason the Pens have any chance each night. Pens have one of the worst defenses in the league and give up so many great looks by opposing teams each night.
