Adam Klapka is a force to be reckoned with, delivering a few big checks against the Canucks. This one is clean and there was no call, but it’s a good example of how being puck focused can make the game safer while still allowing for this type of contact, and why the “soft” minor penalties make a big offence in thought process for approaching situations of higher speed and higher danger.

How dare a physical player trying to make the team and be noticed play the body first! Especially in a sport notorious for physicality and that welcomes fist fighting. The horror!
Dude the fact that you said nothing was wrong with the hit but then complained that he hit him instead of stickchecking him is absolutely insane. Realize what the game of hockey is and ask yourself what you would do in real time instead of slow motion frame by frame replay
legal hit, didnt hit him from the numbers so no hit from behind, and player had the puck upon contact, just unfortunate.
