The Vancouver Canucks fall to the Ottawa Senators. Quinn Hughes was doing everything ghe could but Brady Tkachuk and the sens win in overtime for their 6th win in a row. Elias Pettersson has to figure it out. JT Miller made a questionable play in that overtime period, what do the canucks do?

Hughes has a lot of power, should go to management and say "sort it out" or I'm gone.

The Juulsen penalty was a joke, the sens player lifted juulsens stick into his mouth. The reffing in this game was horrible and in favour of the senators, not that Vancouver deserved to win anyways. Both teams played horribly IMO.
I think the short-handed goal cna be attributed to the miiler-petterson rift. At the start, miller is taking the faceoff, with ep40 on the right point. When miller gets kicked out of the dot, him and petey switch. When norris streaks down wide open, the right point man should be covering. I feel like both of them felt it was the others responsibility to cover; it was pettersons man at the start of the play, but when they switched before the puck dropped, miller became the one that should have been covering.
As a Sens fan, we went through this with Karlsson. He will have to leave soon.

I mean…. Juulsen struggles every game, Forbort made so many errors. There were times last night we literally passed the puck to the other team. Also Di Guiseppe, Suter, Desharnais? Why are we dressing these players.
We have Lelkermaki, Raty, Petterson, Brandstrom, Willander and Sasson all waiting to play. Put them in, we arent winning with the first guys I mentioned. I loved watching these boys in the playoff last year but come on, wake up!

I'm sorry, but idk how u call Meriläinen "cheeks" for his 3rd game in the league he wasn't bad, he did enough for his team to win. The stats aren't great, but most if not all of his goals against weren't on him. Idk if u watched the game but It was either a crazy deflection/ bounce off a player or a wide open net shot from defensive breakdown(50/50 chance ur sprawling save keeps the puck out). Idk if it's saying much, but we do know he objectively played better than Lanky.
Lankinen was honestly way worse than Merilainen in my mind

forbort is an absolute joke i literally watched him completely whiff on a pass more than 10 times it was everytime he touched the puck and i watched him trip on his own skates twice.. how do guys like this even get in the nhl based off his play last night he looks like he couldnt even keep up in the minor leagues let alone the nhl like if u cant even skate or pass a puck what are you doing on the ice? no wonder he has skipped half of his games this season with a different excuse each time
