Miller made a huge mistake taking almost a month off on personal leave, and now looks like he can't keep pace with the speed of the NHL game anymore.
Best to trade him now and get something tangible back in the form of a younger player(s) that can help the team for several seasons into the future.
This would also allow the Canucks dressing room to breathe and make it a more positive work environment again.
Honestly I was expecting a loss. This team has serious defensive issues.

I’m blind I’m deaf. I wanna be a ref There was a couple of missed calls that they should’ve called but it wasn’t. That’s how you know the league hates the Canucks the NHL like always like screws us but that’s no excuse because we had our power plays and we had our chances this season so far really does hurt because of the injuries but man what can you do really that sports ya And they think that he embellished that highstick , but I think Julsson was just a follow through referees, favoured the senators They knew they were on a five-game winning streak, so they had to like set them up for a good heater

What a crazy game it was. The atmosphere in the arena almost felt like the playoffs.
Hughes was incredible in this game, three points in his team's three goals is wild. And then a shameful loss in OT.
In general, didn't do too bad, but the officiating in this game was garbage.

Holy heck hughes is carrying this team on his back, no one is helping out lanks, soucy is trying his best to be a pylon and myers doesnt een have to try, miller is either out of shape, slow, doesn't care or all three and petey is STILL falling down on EVERY PLAY! People are going to say that canucks fans are too critical or jump on and off the bandwagon, but this core has star power to compete with the best out there. Hughes is the only one living up to it right now.

Ottawa's high end talent looks good but that wasn't a playoff style game. You don't see rink wide passing like tonight's game in the playoffs. Gap control by both the Sens and Canucks was pretty bad tonight.
