Mack Black will be missed dearly. A 9.10 on this team is amazing. Besides the Ottawa game he’s been excellent. Good gamble on Blackwood trading that 6th, and managed that asset like a fucking Boss. Big Money Mike strikes again. I personally just really loved Mack Black but happy to see him be able to play on a good team, and have a shot in the post season.
That being said – Mackenzie Blackwood for 2 more years with Askarov as a duo would be awesome to see next season 🙂

Blackwood has been playing great, so the Sharks decided to get rid of him?? I can only guess they have guys in mind that will fit in better with their youth movement. Maybe they want to keep losing for a while longer so they can get a few more high draft picks??
