Can the Broncos run game support Bo Nix without McLaughlin? | Orange & Blue Today
The Denver Broncos will be without RB Jaleel McLaughlin on Thursday night against the Los Angeles Chargers. Will the run game support Bo Nix without McLaughlin? Watch Orange & Blue Today!
When you try 4 different running backs, and none of them produce, then you need to start looking at the scheme. I've seen very little guard pulling, or lead blocking, or blocks being held up for more than half a second. I don't think even a higher ranked back could produce much more without a scheme or rhythm of blocking by the offensive line.
What I don’t understand is how is our run blocking grade as good as it is when ALL of our backs pretty much struggle game in and game out? Makes me think it’s our scheme/playcalling but then again maybe our backs are just that bad with an exception to Jaleel. Probably audric too considering the amount of carries he hasn’t gotten
Aloha Cecil and Mase! Can you ask Sean if they plan on elevating Watson to the 53? We can rest up Jaleel and see what Blake can do. He did well in preseason. Thank you.
Is there any realistic chance of picking Phillip if he's in shape? That would be a cool comeback to see now. I'm sure you guys see him at the station sometimes..

The run game issue is Williams has no vision and they should use Audic more

Sean Payton's 61st birthday is coming up. Lots of guys have coached for a long time. Is there any possibility he might be here for a while?
The most reliable element of the run game is the O-Line.
Pick one RB and give him at least twenty rushing attempts behind down blocks, lead blocks and pullers.
I’d like to see Baddie, Estime, and Watson.
SP says consistency in the rushing attack. One way to do that is having a lead RB who gets most of the carries. Hot hand not working.
We'll see bidet on the team report next week, so sean can use him in the playoffs with little to no tape on him
maze you should bring bronco's background stuff with you when you travel.

Williams and Estime are about to show why we don’t need lightweights like Jaleel
If the O-line is doing that great at run block win rate, how is the run game THIS bad?
Ashton Jeanty is the answer.
I have learned so much about football this season!!

My prediction for Thursday night: Estime – 16 carries / 77 yards / 1 TD
Estime hasn't really gotten the chance to get going. Fifteen carries then will be some rhythm. With him and the line
