Byram pleaseee come to VAN
It’ll be fine after new years. Stop gossiping
Friedman "i'm not contributing to it anymore, but holy smokes the canucks are fighting amongst themselves and need a break"
Canucks are looking in all the wrong places. Trade Petterson & Hogs to Anaheim for Zellweger & Terry. Problem solved! Ducks gets a player to truly build around & Hogs is free from Tocchet Canucks get a young defenceman primed& ready to play now & a productive Tocchet style center
Boeser had a severe concussion. He’s going to need time.
Low shot generation is a Tocchet signature. It plagued them in the playoffs.
It seems like the Canucks want Byram. However the question is how bad do they want Byram. Are they willing to part with a package like Hoglander, Willander, Lekkerimaki and a first. Hoglander does not have any trade value right now which is correct. However with that said Buffalo might take a flier on him to see if he can be rejuvenated. Thing is trading Byram away would make Buffalo weaker and they do not want to trade Byram away and weaken their team. So the package must be something that Buffalo just will not be able to refuse. Willander, Lekkerimaki and a first would get that done and considering Byram is a #2 defensemen on nearly all the teams in the NHL and can be a #1 on some NHL teams. You are not getting that for a broken stick and a bag of pucks.
I like how the management was criticizing Bruce for not developing Hoggy…but their golden boy hasnt developed him either lol
IF the problems persist thru January and they drop out of a playoff spot then ye trade say JT, Draft pick and Desharnais for wether it is Byram or Severnson+? or McAvoy+ or some other top 4 D and good C to replace JT or whomeever
Interesting, no Van media going on the road and the Canucks road record is really good. Is the media the cancer?
