I think Evander is going to push his return for the playoffs. At least I hope so. He wants to win and if we can abuse the LTIR system till past the trade deadline and into the playoffs we could definitely use that 5 million in cap space to get another addition on defence. I hope I'm right 👍

Good to have you back. Arvidsson back makes a different lineup. Would be nice to see Bouch sit until he learns to play defense. Kane delay not giving the team enough time to see how ready he will be for a run , that said a healthy rested Kane could be the X factor. Unless Jeff Skinner finds his game I can see him gone.
They should honestly leave Kane on LTIR until the playoffs. Then they can be like everyone else and load up before the playoffs

that horrible bad habit needs to be drilled out of them , each defense player seems to want to watch the game or chase the puck horribly instead of taking out the rush players at the blue line .
3 years same bad defense habit, get lazy forget which position they're being paid for and relied upon , causing direct play to goalie , then they crowd and screen skinner causing goals against .
with the salary they get, its time for internal monetary punishment fines to defense players who continue to shit the bed causing direct goals against . maybe that will incentivize them to do their job and stop incoming plays causing stupid goal against chances that hurt the oilers constantly
i think their keeping Kane as a late season return healthy and hungry just in time for playoffs
