Adopt Santini The Chihuahua – Clint’s Furry Friend Finder

Santini, named after the escape artist, was found with two others living in a junk yard in south San Diego. Scared and very weary of humans, they were hard to catch and weren’t doing any better in the shelter. CRSD took this guy and he has turned out to be a great little boy. Suspected to be 7 to 8 months old he has all those puppy antics and loves playing with the other foster dogs. He has learned that a harness and leash are a good thing as it means going out for a walk or the small dog park. He can be a bit of an escape artist if he really wants to get to his goal. His forever home should have a secure yard when he is taken outside or if he can use the doggie door to get outside. His coat is starting to shine from the good food and no fleas. He looks to be part Papillon and Long hair Chihuahua and weighs about 7 pounds. Due to his initial uneasiness around new people, they’re looking to place him in a family without small children, and preferably a home with no large dogs.
