  1. Just found janickis vids maybe a month or two ago. The guy for sure has his black belt when it comes to lifting. He’s a master of the movements and can demonstrate/articulate them really well and convincingly. His approach seems to be best for hypertrophy as well as protecting overall physical longevity. Those r the only things that matter when it comes to lifting so consider me a believer 👍🏼

  2. Pre fatigue is never a substitute for getting the ego under control. These cases benefit more from fatigue a shrink or watch Dr Mike videos 😉

  3. I am 235, and body weight exercises tend to be super challenged when pushed for higher rep ranges. So to see Eric do those dips at his weight of 287 after pre-fatiguing his triceps, is pretty mind-blowing. He's a dude, as they say.

  4. So what do you do when you hit the floor because you go down each rep when doing the chest fly? 😀

  5. Man, these PR mobile app plugs are greatly placed omg. Would you consider a video on pre-fatigue training, sound to me it would be a decent 5-10 min video to make. And I don't know shit

  6. so i understand that hypertrophy is overall more effective for muscle and strength growth but I'm genuinely curious if training with explosive movements in weight training actually gives you the same explosive benefits in the sport you play. or would focusing on strength/muscle/hypertrophy in the gym and leaving the "explosive" movements while sport training be just as effective?

  7. I was undecided whether to watch this video or not, but video guy said press F to pay respects and I did and boom> Full screen mode. So I relaxed to watch the entire video. Well played.

  8. The fact that this dude can’t get a pro card is a wake up call to a lot of other influencers

  9. 6:49 I'm sorry, could you please elaborate on how you feel about this exercise, I wasn't entirely sure about that while watching the video. 😂

  10. I'm strictly using Eric's workout now. Tired of throwing up heavy weights, with my joints hurting, and getting sub-prime results. form, control, stretch, peak contraction, and varying advanced techniques. SORE AF guys!!

  11. I always fly before pressing. I got it from John Meadows. It's saved my shoulders for years. I highly recommend it (especially if you are older).

  12. It's awesome to see Dr. Mike grinning like a kid getting extra birhday presents;ya lnow he approved when his jaw dropped open and he had very, very mild corrective suggestions.

  13. Watching Eric do a leg press with 900lbs plated (probably over 1000 total) with perfect technique and extremely deep stretch kinda makes me wanna quit trying
