Watch a 9 year old Wahlstrom scoring that top shelf, spin-a-rama michigan from the slot at TD garden made him seem like a sure thing. Problem was, that was in a shoot out competition, and Oliver just couldn't learn the rest of the game.

Wahlstrom, Ho Sang, Dal Colle, Bellows, Wilde, Iskhakov, Raty, Bolduc, Salo, Pokka, Niederreiter, Strome – that's a lot of missed on first/second round picks and hence the trouble the team faces right now with balance of youth and veterans. That's some poor drafting/player development – unfortunately. Yes, there have been some hits, Sorokin in the 3rd, Lee in the 6th, Pelech in the 3rd, Cizikas in the 4th, Toews in the 4th (let go :(,

i don't care what anyone says wahlstrom had talent if you look at the people around him mclean who only played a half a season before and matt martin who is honestly washed and was never the best if they gave him a chance on the third line even he could have produced
