I use a regular bench for incline press just like they did in the 60’s-today and somehow I’m still growing muscle. I guess no one has told are muscle to evolve and use the smith machine so you have weak stabilizing muscle.
What I used to do to learn what areas to hit on my chest (and I still do when I want to emphasize a certain part of my chest) is that I would grab push up stands. I would then find a raised platform, or a box or something of the sort. I would put my feet on the raised platform and I would place the push up stands like they were the bar. I would then go down very slowly so that I hit above the nipple, or anywhere that you feel you would feel the most on your upper chest, everyone is different. That way you will know exactly where to bring that bar down in the gym. Same goes for flat and if you want to try decline just keep your feet on the floor and put the stands on the raised platform. This way you can get a better idea of what works for you. You will feel your upper, middle, and lower chest working when you try this push up stand routine on different angles. Not exact science but it worked for me. I'll probably make a video on it if that would help.
i did the second from. and with closer grip. its called guillotine press. its really great for your upper chest, as long as you do with correct weight 1st.
This guy’s content sucks ass. There are multiple variations of exercises, bodies are different, bodies are resilient. Do what works for you and what you like, there’s not always an objectively best way to do exercises
Im sorry, but your videos suck, they are confusing AF… Theres slight variations between the two, why not add commentary as to why one is wrong vs right?

So what's the difference??

🌈
It's like doing pushups with your butt in the air. Hits the upper pecs!
Never says why which one is wrong. Most people can't tell. You look disappointed, I think?
Once again stop the bs different variations between incline bench once you reach a certain degree your hitting more delta nuff said rook
Incline Press vs. Guillotine Press
I highly suggest the comment section to research the differences
This dudes videos are horrible. If I was a beginner I'd have zero idea what he was trying to convey.
This dude aint @mikemars
Half the time i dont know which one is incorrect
If you do an Incline press with that big of an arch you simply turn it into a flat press. Keep it as small as possible
Idk maybe show the correct way at the end?
This series is freaking confusing. What the hell is the issue. Who is right and wrong?
Just mind your own business.
The 2nd variation is actually better for building your upper chest and getting a good stretch on your shoulders and outer chest.
I’m just gonna ask, it has nothing to do to do with his videos, but did this dude ever play any sports?

Can never tell with this guys video’s which is the right one. Tank top dude or long sleeve dude?

This should be in line with my nipples?
Have the bar right below your nipple, not aligned with your upper chest
Wtf are these videos about??? Dont do benchpress with weight?

Ur a clown bro. Always judging other people in the gym. How about me and u box so u can realize that u ain’t what u think u r
I dont even understand which one is correct in his videos😂
Stop flaring those elbows out you going to mess those shoulders up
I mean to incline on a Smith machine is already a foul

how about you learn proper form and get some gains behind your videos before you try to teach people incorrect form? the 2nd form is correct.
Again, another confusing video. Stop bro
Both are pretty bad, those elbow positions are horrible

Both are great chest workouts the higher up you press the more upper chest is activated

Who are you to judge others man you look like a 12 year old
