  2. To the past and present members of the Canadian Armed Forces thank you for putting yourself in harms way for our continued freedom.

  3. I'm from a small Welsh village & in our local churchyard are the graves of 86 Canadian soldiers who managed to survive the horrors of WW1 but who died of Spanish flu waiting to be shipped home. Every year a representative of Canada attends the Remembrance service closest to 11/11. Reading the ages of most of these young men is very emotional to me considering their experiences & distance from home. RIP.
