Love all the people who doubted petey thinking hes worth his contract in trade lol
What Buffalo wants to get worse?
That can't be real. If it was, Allvin would have dropped on it in two seconds.
Throw in an unprotected first round pick.
I actually wouldn't mind seeing that trade if there was a 1st round pick coming back and maybe a 3rd going out. Petey isn't what he should be and hasn't looked like what we should be playing like in 3 years
I can see then dealing Boeser and , Hoagie
Firstly, he's already stated this is him speculating NOT based on anything anyone has officially mentioned. Secondly, this is probably the same "insider" that has started the wild rumour about Miller being effectively told to play nice and each side needing to balance things out in the dressing room despite again, NO evidence to support any such conflict exists. Thirdly, this site exists to comment on speculation and reddit and twitter feeds and not on any official news stories or sanctioned topics of discussion.
If I were to entertain this trade as much as I love miller he would need to go. He’s a leader and clutch but Petey is great when he’s not here. It would give confidence to Petey being the number forward. But you guys gotta realize that you have to realize miller is aging and Petey is only 26 and has time to grow. Same can be said with cozen and Byram we would have a great long future especially with guys like Hughes as a leader and maybe bring in vets in offseason too.
I would give Buffalo EP40 for nothing.Just get him out of here
dude is paying to see Makar.. but hasnt paid to see Quinn that should tell you everything u need to know who is the BETTER PLAYER hahah
I can see for TJ Miller for both but only Cozens for Pettersson. And the Sabres 2nd rounder.
Heck no 👎
Pete is overpriced and now likes to lay back he needs a new home JT loves to play and always plays to win bye bye pete
Go like Nike and, "just do it…"
As a Sabres fan, I'd trade Cozens & Joki, & maybe a prospect.
We suck, & I think Cozens would explode somewhere else.
I would trade him 100%
I’m not sure how you can say that Power has been more of a disappointment than Byram this year.
While they’ve both missed assignments and allowed “their guy” to score, Power is 3rd Overall in the NHL among Defenseman with 19 pts (2 more than Byram) and one more point in Total.
I know that there’s a higher expectation on Power due to his Draft position, but it was really only 3 spots higher than Byram if you want to be Technical.
The deciding factor since they’re so close tbh is the fact that Power is locked in for 8 years. Byram could sign a 1 year Bridge Deal, then force his way into UFA status. Too much risk you could lose BOTH but the end of next year if they were to trade Power over Byram.
Would have never guessed you are Filipino
I know nothing about the other two. But as a Canuck fan. Petey might put up points, but he's got no heart. I would rather see guys with lower point production and some heart over watching Petey puttin around putting up points into he regular season
If we could get rid of Petterrson's ridiculous contract it would be a win. I would trade him away for picks. The guy is on Mckinnon money. Worst contract ever. He's too soft. Get rid
My condolences for whoever gets traded TO vancouver.
You can say a goodbye to any chance of winning a stanley cup
Friedman wants to trade core players and dismantle the Canucks. Idiot.
Cousins is over paid by about 2.5 million so ya a bad contract, will they retain that amount? Byram can't play a whole season and is appropriately priced for this year. That is a big no for me if i am writing the cheques. Next. Try Brady and Pinto and you got a deal.
Pete > for > Benson?
Give us a first and second draft pick sure with those 2 player sure
Id take that deal. Just to get away from Peaty, Cozens has serious potential too.
Pety to Anaheim mighty Ducks for Mr Michigan. Just talked 👄 to Jimmy, Jimmy told me 1 hour ago Zegras and some Swedish defense, man going to the Nucleheads
Hmm not sure about this one. Petey is finally producing after 9 months, while Cozens has struggled for longer than Petey had.
Keep Peter in Vancouver—he’s a long-term investment who will prove his worth. Sometimes, all it takes is 1–2 games for him to score, and suddenly, everyone’s mindset will shift to wanting to keep him. But by then, will it be too late for Vancouver to hold onto him? Better be positive and happy he is in the team.
Honestly, this situation feels like a kindergarten class, where kids get upset if their toy tower falls over and immediately want to cry and toss the toy in the trash. Let’s focus on the bigger picture and not make impulsive decisions. Go Canucks !!
You guys are worse than a bunch of teens gossiping about pop stars. Shut it. Freidman has no special knowledge. One of the reasons I never watch the channel anymore, just comment – the same ignorance that causes conspiracy theories
