That wasn't a compliment. He's saying that we have a bunch of useless players, but McDavid and Draisaitl win our games for us. Which isn't true, when we win games we might have 1 or 2 guys that have bad nights, but generally, when we win, we have everyone going.
Vancouver has Demko, he can win the game himself, all nucks gotta do is score one goal. But Van doesn't have the chemistry of the whole oilers team all playing good together. Whoever decided to play skinner every 2nd game, genius. Pickard is rockin. If they beat Florida, and Tkachuk gets a slap or two, that will be huge.
oilers are playing great hockey right now. i don't think they have to be concerned about the canucks this year. this group is just not feeling it. changes need to be made. i watch all the oiler games unless there is a conflict in the scheduling with the canucks.
My big problem with us Tyson is we never do things the easy way. All of my sports teams I follow have a keen sense of torturing me. The Oilers are wonderful but patchy and streaky lol. In saying that, our defensive numbers with GA has us in the top 10 and we are around 7 to 8th equal. Outta 32 teams, huge improvement on where we were at start of the season.
