This loss is as much on Lavi as it is on the team. Trouba & Lindgren were on for 3 goals. WHY haven't they been scratched yet? No matter how much they rely on Zibanejad, he's a major liability, yet he hasn't been scratched. WHY is Rempe in the lineup over Brodzinski? Lavi's not going to last long making those kind of decisions.

The overall team effort was not there tonight. They didn’t play a complete 60 minutes. Sad to see at the NHL level. No excuses.

I'll say this untill he's off the team, Mika is not a #1 Center, on any other playoff contending team, he would be a #2.
He needs to go & he needs to take Krieder with him, enough is enough with these two. Our team defense is not where it needs to be & the mojo we had last year is gone, this team looks disjointed & uninspired.
Lavi is partly to blame too, every time they put the camera on him during games he looks bewildered & clueless, never giving it to the team & never trying to ignite the spirit of our team.

It’s 3 games the panthers have lost 4 games in a row. Hey last year we won the presidents trophy and look what happened. Maybe you should understand that losing is what it takes sometimes to win. My god have some backbone 😂

What is the take away message from this game and previous? Don't take your winning record for granted and if you don't play defense expect to be scored on. The Rangers need to play zone defense. Man to man is not working. The d core are not playing with grit. You can't be a defenseman and not forecheck. Poke checking and stick lifting is not enough. Lots of talent. Not enough grit or will. Even Lundquist says that.
Old coaches are like old chefs; their recipes for success are from the past. They need a new cookbook.
