  1. Good coaches/teachers know you cant coach/teach everyone in the same fashion. If you value your students/players, you have to adjust your style to the target audience.

  2. Shaq is one of the largest men to ever live and was super explosive despite that. If he played for pop he would have been load managed instead of being called lazy. Shaq didn't need to practice or lose weight his whole game was based on the dominance his size gave him. He needed to reduce the wear and tear on his knees.

  3. Shaq was in the best shape of his life in that second miami year, imagine if hed done that his whole career.

  4. There’s truth to him needing recovery in the off season that people just don’t understand

  5. Dude has a hof career the way he wanted it and still nobodies in the comments who never started varsity in high school somehow know better

  6. Shaq could have been an all time great consensus top five player that ever lived if he cared more about his conditioning and diet when he played.

  7. Shaq always got an excuse ; I had to rest in the off-season, they beat me up!, my coaches were mean, I was sad, my feelings hurt… But never the whole honesty : 'I ain't eating no salad because I am a fat lazy slob and you can't make me because I am so much huger than you!!,,

  8. Zo was 6’10”, 261 lbs. . .

Shaq was 7’1”, 330 lbs. . . Ain’t nobody tryna get small. If ur big, play big, be big!!!

  9. He ain’t had to change his eating just his workouts peep all the guys in jail
Chiseled but they give ‘em bs to eat and they on go that never give up is a beast that gotta be born with you

  10. Shaq wouldve dropped 40 – 50 a game in his prime if he approached it like Kobe, Jordan, etc. You couldnt do anything to him at his peak.
