Alex Ovechkin to miss 4-6 weeks

  2. Was really hoping the dude hit 900 this year. He can still do it. He has been on fire. Hopefully he can pick it back up when he returns.

  3. Now that the upsetting news has settled in I’m looking at the positives. That Ovechkin is going into this pause as an effective beast everyone is paying close attention to. He should have a confidence at top level. Had this happened one year ago only his devoted fans would take much notice while others would be saying he’s close to done anyway and strongly doubt him scoring 900 goals ever. Ovechkin is different than everyone else even closing in on 40 years old. Now let’s hope he heals properly and can get out there for regular minutes all of the Callander year 2025, reach 900 before Christmas next year and sign an extension on a good team getting better.
