  1. Sean Payton mentored Dan Campbell. Playing those type of games with such coaches is not smart…your QB will be on IR faster than you can blink.

  2. Dirty hit 100%, I’m not arguing the shoulder placement on the hip, or the fact Caleb was still in bounds. That was all good and perfectly legal. What makes it dirty is he drove his elbow into the back of Caleb’s knee instead of wrapping up. This is dangerous for both Jack and Caleb. Jack could have had his forearm snapped if Caleb came down on it differently. Caleb could have had ligament damage. Or if Jack’s arm acted as a leverage point. He could have dislocated Caleb’s knee in such a way that Caleb could have tore his ligaments, or worst tore his artery in his knee joint similar to what happened to Bears TE Zach Miller in New Orleans. Which was nearly fatal for Zach, and ended his football career. If a defensive player pulls his arms in he has no intention of tackling you. Instead is wanting to hurt you. Because your arms, shoulders, and hands are the most valuable part of your body when it comes to tackling someone. And because I know someone will say “he was trying to push him out of bounds” nonsense. If you’re trying to knock someone out of bounds. You aim higher up on the chest. Not only does this give you a bigger target to make contact with. It also allows you to disrupt your opponent’s center of mass. Making easier to use your arm leverage to force them out of bounds. You don’t want your arms tucked in at the point of contact because it requires more force to separate your arms to either push off or wrap up your opponent.

  3. That’s right! Really, that’s a stupid move because he could get himself hurt. A good clean hit on the qb is the grand prize for a defender. A franchise qb needs to know that!

  4. Caleb is already getting hit way too much he just needs to run out of bounds, i love that he wants more but cmon man you're our future

  5. Teams are going to start doing this against Mahomes because he's also guilty of pretending to go out and then dodge to get extra yards.

  6. The defender has less than one 1000 of a second to either pull back or go forward. Captain Jack did an awesome job. Where is his jar of dirt lol
