Fresh off their big win on Thursday night against the Detroit Red Wings, the Philadelphia Flyers hit the ice for practice in anticipation of their road matchup with the Minnesota Wild, one of the top teams in the NHL so far this season. PHLY Sports’ Charlie O’Connor was there to get lineup updates for the game.
Also, Matvei Michkov tried another Michigan goal attempt on Thursday, and Tortorella — famously not a fan of the play — was asked how he felt about the young star going for The Michigan in Flyers games.

Michkov thinka Michigan trick named after him
Good advice from the coach! Torts is a very good coach because he is willing to evolve!
Torts seems to be a good old man who commands big respect by the locker room. Zamula in a recent interview in Russian has stated his admiration for Torts as the kindest coach you can dream of as a player.
