Thursday, the Panthers fell down 2-0 before Sam Reinhart scored his 15th of the season to extend his scoring streak to 12 games.

Florida made a late charge to tie it up, but Nick Foligno scored into an empty net with a minute left to end it.

  1. Chicago played a good game tonight. Panthers had chances but either Mrazek or their defense was there to close it up. Panthers had at least a good 40-50 shot attempts. I agree with Maurice when he says the forecheck wasn’t on its A game tonight.

  2. Might be me, but it feels like swaggy needs to be moved to another line or even benched a game. Whole season has felt like he just isnt there offensively along side the horrendous and lazy turnover leading to the empty netter

  3. Man is fuming right now. I’ve seen interviews where we’ve lost and he’s stayed casual but right here he ain’t happy. They’re going to get it in practice today.

  4. Not a good night for the Cats. Bad zone exits, missed shots, and PK couldn’t come thru. Verhaege is a perpetual problem right now. Always taking bad penalties, very predictable release, and yikes that giveaway for the empty netter was just careless. Dude has to clean it up in starting to think he has regressed. I thought Chicago played an outstanding defensive game tonight. GG and go Panthers!
