  1. Remember when the shark had to trade Charlie Coyle for Brent Burns. It’s tough to say but we might have to give up Quentin Musty for David Jiricek.
We should be able to draft Porter Martone in the draft anyway

  2. Would hate to see SJ part ways with Musty, but he fits the ask. In terms of value it would be an upgrade for SJ – 1st/2nd line winger vs 1st line D-man. Hoping that GMMG can somehow find a way to trade a Mukhamadullin or Bystedt and a 2025 2nd or 2026+ 1st rounder though – he's had the magic touch so far

  3. Would love to see the Sharks get him, but I think they need to stick to their guns. If the asking price is too high it might be smarter to just let him go elsewhere. Too many teams try to get out of their rebuild too fast and end up right in the mushy middle.

  4. Don't think the Sharks need him. Jiricek, for a reasonable price, would be great for the team, and we obviously want him, but our glaring weakness is the right defense, not the left. Dickinson and Mukhamadullin are good, and I wouldn't potentially overpay to adress an issue that isn't there.

  5. Jirikcek for Drew O'Connor, Jesse Puljujarvi, Noel Acciari, Sam Poulin, and a 2nd or 3rd. Take em' all CBJ.
    Tristan Jarry for Elvis Merzlikins.

  6. Jiricek for 2025 top 10 protected first and Noah Ostlund. You’ve got Konsta Helenius in the rafters to take Ostlunds future role. Both are unproven players but Jiricek has the higher potential and Buffalo should try to swing the bat because a high end RHD is one of the only things they don’t have on the team or prospect pool. Just imagine Power or Dahlin with a competent left hander.

  7. I don’t think Jiricek can help an NHL team “right now” I know CBJ has a great D corps but this kid needs to be sent to the AHL and let develop
