IF Pettersson gets a 1st plus then Provorov would get the same.
I'm always surprised when these lists exclude Granlund. Sure, he's getting 5M and the Sharks can't retain, but if the price is right the Sharks can pay the mid round pick to a 3rd and maybe even 4th team to retain/double retain.
I've been a Frost fan since Hexy drafted him and in the last 2 games alone he's flashed the skill he has. He hasn't made it a big deal any of the multiple times Torts has benched him for games at a time. He'll get traded and us flyers fans will regret it

Lawson Crouse not being on this list is weird. The dude is having a down year but he is a great, tough young power forward on a good contract who will shine on a better team.

Really surprised to not see Blackwood or Grandlund on this list. Hell there aren't any goalies on it at all.
Norris (1.5m retained) to NSH in exchange for O'Reilly (vet leadership and 2nd line C) and a 2nd to OTT.
Frost may well be a Torts system issue, but Farabee is all Farabee, imo. He simply isn't a difference maker. Doesn't matter who's line he's on. He neither drives plays nor finishes them. I hope Briere trades him soon. Value could tank with the way his season's going. I also hope he succeeds wherever he ends up. He's a really good dude.

Personally I'd quite like to see Mathieu Olivier to the Sens.
Don Waddell has expressed multiple times that he is working on extending Olivier. He isn't on the block unless he doesn't want to extend

I would love if the Sens could swing a deal to get Farabee not sure what it would look like but Sens need more players like him
The problem for the Sens is I think they are realizing unlike Dorion that they are going to have to move 1 of Norris, Pinto, or Greig at some point they cant keep all 3 as that means 1 of them would be on the 4th line. I doubt Norris is moved anytime soon as with a contract like that seems like an offseason move that could be made but also I think Staios is just super active in the trade market and exploring all options so not surprised Norris name is out there
I wonder what the demand is for Mario Ferraro around the league.
As a Preds fan, if we do trade for Frost I would be totally on board. Svechkov is still really young and is projecting right now as a top 6 center (likely a 2C) and having Frost and Svechkov as part of the future center core would make me feel a lot better. Either trade Novak or move him over to the wing where he can also take advantage of his more offensive tendencies.
