Well you also have to take into consideration that Edwards isn't an NBC announcer or anything, he's a NESN announcer, ya know, New England Sports? He's like just a regular fan up there.. Which is obviously exciting for Bruins fans, which is what he's getting paid to do.
From an unbiased view, I'm digging the flyers on the jvr/schenn deal. Schenn simply got thrown into a brutal environment when leafs were at an all-time low. He'll fit in nicely with the flyer system and his brother being there and all. JVR on the other hand couldn't break out when given so many opportunities on a good philli team. Anyways, even though Flyers got the upper hand, it was a good gamble for both teams.
