Why no heel-hook for the end move to the top hold? Heel on 2 crux with right foot on little crimp. then go with left or right to the top hold.

that v14 boulders looks absolutley insane ive recently started in april and just today got my first v6+ flash was so stoked this is on a completley different level of climbing man i cant wait to get this strong though
I need to know how he recovered a pully injury so fast? I am on my second in 3 years and the first one took almost a 1 year, the second now is 7 months and i think it will easy take 3 more. Did nikken do anything for the recovery or just waited? I would appreciate a video about pully injury training and how to start back / knowing when to start again.
