We caught up with the Jets 2021 1st rounder Chaz Lucius for the first time in about a month as he has been skating on his own or IR skating with other teammates. He was intentionally limited to just three of the first six games for Manitoba as they were going to bring him along slowly playing every second game. However after the first homestand of the season he didn’t go on their lengthy road trip and hasn’t played any of the home games since they returned which all adds up to the Minnesotan missing the last 11 straight contests.
But he’s back in a regular jersey and as you can hear in his voice he’s ready to go with his ankle feeling great. That’s good news for a Moose team that hasn’t had a lot of success scoring.
