I think if he wanted to come back, both sides would have made it happen. Fletcher made a few unnecessary signings, like Tony DeAngelo, when you already have came York. Nick Deslauriers when you already have Zac MacEwen. I’m sure there was interest in Johnny Gaudreau. Like, give me a break.

It was just time man, time to rebuild.
