When they started playing Stanley this year after sitting him in the press box last year, after he asked for a trade the year before, I was sure they were trying to market him. Big dummy has done nothing but reduce his value or take himself right off the market. We could probably waive him without worry. If he gets nabbed, yay, we don't have to pay to get rid of him!
Arniel knows he needs a big tough D-man like Stanley in the playoffs, but also knows he needs to improve his play on the ice.
Happy that Ville is back in, but this looks like Arnie setting him up to fail. How does any D feel when paired with Stanley? BLEEPED! Plain and Simple. Ville is going to have to watch his side of the ice and Stan's, because Stan is going to bleep up and Ville will be facing 2 on 1 all night. Ville won't be able to go on offence at all as he will have to be watching both sides of the ice all game. Should have paired Ville with Miller or Coghlan.
