As a long suffering Sabres fan that was sheer agony to watch, outstanding work by the Avs to be sure they spotted Buffalo four then just ran right through them. This is exactly why they will make the playoffs and the Sabres, once again, will not.

Yikes. What a choke job at home by the Sabres. Wedgewood, who was a solid backup for my Stars, was terrific. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the starting goalie for the Avs down the road.
