The Canadiens are having the worst year, probably in their history. The Stanley Cup run had the whole city behind them. Now, it's like a totally different team, and attitude from last year's playoffs. Sure, they are without a lot of players, but so is a lot of other teams. The oddsmakers in Vegas made the Canadiens the biggest underdog I have ever seen in the last 20 years for this game. Pretty soon, they might not even give out a line.

Should trade caulfield while people still think he’s good. He can’t play defence. Can’t back check, can’t forecheck. If he doesn’t have the puck, there’s not much he can do.

I see lots of comments about the crowd: This game was at 1pm on Saturday right after New Years celebrations ended late here in South Florida. Florida is not shut down like many places are (from COVID) so having such an early game was tough. Weegar was yawning during warm ups and I felt that 🤣 most games this season have been packed.
