And on the 2nd goal against if Dahlin sees the puck and isn't busy cross checking a guy away from/out the play he blocks that shot instead of screening Ukko 🙄 and we win in regulation.
Overtime is bad enough, but the shootout is a minor league gimmick that the IIHF globalists incorrectly thought was a good idea. If you want open ice in extra time, start from the beginning and use the 100’ rink. No, wrong, and three points for a win is another topic.
I was at this game Wayne, 7 rows up from the glass right behind Upie, he looked sharp! Boys did what they had to do, atmosphere was great! Really enjoyed it! Go Buffalo keep this going!
With 4 minutes and 10 seconds remaining in the second period yesterday, the Sabres scored a goal that went in the net. And ricochet right out. I captured it on my d. V. R and took pictures of the Puck in the net. My question is how come nobody saw it', Doesn't the league review the stuff

This game is the shining example of how special teams can win games. If the pp didn't get a goal, we would have lost in regulation. Also very happy to see us getting goals in the first period.

Lindy is doing a good job so far, IMO. Yes he focused on special teams and yes special teams are playing better. Sabres have above average and maybe top 12 in the league goaltending. The 'D'corps are impressive including Jacob Bryson, who is playing at a level and intensity the rest of the team will notice. He keeps his feet moving always, is very fast, makes good / shifty passes, and is not afraid of contact. He really is doing his best to channel Bobby Orr.
And just look at the forwards! Grinder line is in full effect, the kid <lines> are making chemistry, great passes, and scoring impressive goals. And the top line is rising to the occasion. I'm really enjoying watching the development of this team and am definitely getting good vibes from them. The culture has shifted. Hang on fans!
Zucker is great when he is in for the power play , his net front presence is having good results.
