The fact that no one stepped up after Joey got trucked says a lot about this team, none of it good.
I’m confused about one thing. They beat on Kartye all game, and nothing. If I were him, I’d be asking for a trade today. Completely unacceptable behavior from his team mates, so called. This team is soft, and the league knows it. 🤬
How many times has Tye Kartye fought for and defended his teammates? And last night, he is literally being attacked by multiple Ducks players, while Ryker Evans and Adam Larsson slowly approach while this is happening, and do absolutely nothing! By the way, everyone on the bench saw it. Sometimes defending your teammates is more important than trying to miraculously comeback from a 2 goal deficit with 5 minutes left n the game. Also don’t forget Joey getting taken out by a Duck taking a tight line in his crease. Joey has been playing out of his mind the last 8 games, again nothing. Top caliber teams have and will never allow this.
