Correct me if I am wrong, how does Spurgeon catch a high stick in the visor, cover his face,like he was shot, race to the dressing room,and as soon as the ref calls 4 minutes without seeing him, he comes out of the room and plays on the powerplay?????.And then sits on the bench with a smile. I thought if you were injured that bad to get a 4 minute, you could not start on that powerplay, what a joke,not saying the habs would come back,but it was 1-0 at the time,then the powerplay made it 2-0,with Spugeon getting the assist.Fooled the refs,I guess
what i saw again tonight is the same as usual : the wild dont get rid of the puck they wait for an opening and pass the puck rt on the stick of one of their players ,they play a simple triangular game and dont get rid of the puck, as montreal play north south game very badly, the puck lands sometimes in the back of the player or he tries and catch it on the board while having a defenseman of the wild on his back, i supose every team knows by now how montreal plays they play like bantam player north south game and rarely come out of their zone with a triangular play. EVEN IF THE PLAYER GETS THE PUCK HE IS ALL ALONE THATS THE NORTH SOUTH GAME. They panick and get rid of the puck 50% of the time. AND LET ME SAY IT AGAIN: I SAW SAVARD THE FAT GUY WHO CANT SKATE STAND IN FRONT OF A SHOOTING PLAYER KNEE DOWN BLINDING COMPLETELY HIS GOALER CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT THAT STRATEGY MIGHT HAVE WORKED 20 YEARS AGO, BUT BEING IN LINE WITH THE GOALER AND THE SHOOTER IS WHAT THE OPOSITION TRIES TO DO. The team was really good on the Defensive Side, but when it comes to the offensive side, it's the complete opposite. Habs Supporters love watching Hutson play. Problem is, so does the squad. No one tried to go to the net on that play. He's got no support when he's trying to create offensive chances.
