  1. Not only clean, it wasn't really devastating at all, just briefly slowed his forward momentum, slightly knocked him off balance and on one buttock and the puck lightly drifted away. If hits were like movie parental ratings, that hit would be rated G.

  2. Pospussy is a bush leaguer. The hit was clean, then he throws hands when he’s fresh Christiansen is at the end of his shift and exhausted. What fucking joke.

  3. Oh when will hit for hit come back instead of this fight for hit shit. When you look at older games, someone would've nailed Christinsen, or maybe someone wopuld hit anyone alse but with vengance. Game misconduct for the instigator, bring back the original rule.

  4. I like that pospisil is at least trying to be engaged, but he has so many concussions I'm always really worried itll be his last game. clean hit

  5. To the people who both pine for the physicality of days gone by and complsin about fights after "clean hits" need to make up their minds. If you think guys didnt have to fight after clean hits in the 70s and 80s, you either werent paying attention or werent actually alive to have seen it. If you attempted to hit a star player and missed, there was still a good chance you were gonna fight. If you absolutely clobbered someone you usually ended up fighting. You couldnt pull a kronwall or phaneuf and just casually skate away like nothing happened. You wanna keep incidental head shots low, you gotta accept fighting after clean hits. They tried to push fighting out of the game and it lead to a parade of elite superstars getting concussed because there was nothing stopping guys from running them. The league takes care of the dirty hits and the players take care of the rest. Id rather see fights after clean hits than to see mcdavid, matthews, mckinnon, hughes, etc etc etc missing huge chunks of their prime the way Crosby and Lindros did.
