    Shannon often says the owners want every team to visit at least once every season. Yet both international series this season aren't division rivals meaning teams won't visit a certain arena. I haven't even checked the outdoor games this season. There could be more

    aye I was just visiting Tampere in September and saw a Tappara game at Nokia arena! Very great place both the arena and the whole town! Lots of Finnish and NHL hockey stuff everywhere!

    As a Finn, I am a fan of both of these teams. Finns in big roles in both. My guess is that Cats win both meetings, 1st in regular time and second in OT. Sasha's return from injury was so good, and now he plays in his hometown. He will make 2+3 points total. And fun not having to wake up at 3-4 AM to watch…

    Boy, these are a coin toss. Lets go with Florida in Game 1 and Dallas in Game 2. Watch it split just the other way.

    My wild prediction is that Dallas subconsciously mistakes this for a playoff series, which means they will definitely lose the first game. I just really want to see Hintz and Miro goals, maybe a Bourque tally for good measure :

    So disappointed you used Jokerit shirt. Jokerit left our Finnish League and went to play Russian League for money, and now they are kind of nowhere, not in Russian League because of the Ukraine war, and not accepted to our highest Finnish League. Tampere has 2 teams in our league, Ilves and Tappara. Ilves means Lynx and is the most traditional team in Finland. It has great logo. Putting Jokerit shirt does not also feel bad because of the Russia connection, but because the game is in Tampere. Kind of insult to use Helsinki team shirt in Tampere hockey game.
