I like the lines, I really like the elevation of Cuylle. Berard is feisty and I've enjoyed his play so far. Rangers consistently brought the game to the Habs in shots and hits. Sloppy for sure. Plenty to look at positively to remember to keep doing.
Perfect gritty win to break the streak, and a great warm up physically for the rivalry game Monday. I would send Berard down to avoid injury and call up Rempe for Monday. Couple days off until the next game, hopefully Hartford is playing to keep Berard fresh. Call up again Friday
You rangers fans are delusional if you think you won that game because of your play. The refs gave you the game multiple times. You should be embarrassed

dont know what way ya'll watched, but I saw the game via canadian sports tv. Interesting to hear the announcers say montreal should have no problem holding the rangers in their own end. To me, the effort was there today. The passion for regular season was there. But it feels like they dont have a defensive coach. I dont see any pattern or rhyme or reason for how they are playing defense

I think it difficult for Laviolette to compliment Jones. He is not Laviolette's ideal 6 foot 3 d-man. Jones is playing too well for him to sit him.
