I thought the coaching decision to leave the Fourth line on the ice for the Icing call showed faith in the fourth line and when they scored, it was the start of the snowball of pucks in the net. Classic great coaching: Give guys a role, confidence, and rewards for hard work, and the next thing you know, you have four great lines.
"it's not how you start that's important, but how you finish."
Learning from start to finish and building on it until the end game, I welcome it because I have watched too many great starts that went downhill during the decade of darkness.
Also, I wouldn't consider a .500 record a, "slow start." ðŸ¤
It's funny some of the questions these people ask like not what I would ask , Do they even watch the game ? We are almost 15 games into 83 so I don't panic until game 20 then it's lets get serous now. Why 20 ? with the amount of new players chemistry needs to form it takes a few games for that they are human not robots no matter how great they can be.

Connor Brown puts out the intelligent effort that every team member should follow. If they do, they will win the Stanley Cup.

With the players acquired, Edmonton has a powerhouse. Just needs to jell. Lets Go Oilers
Best player to ever touch the ice
I’ve always like Connor brown and it’s nice to see that he’s scoring again!
