Conor did a good job in the fight considering he normally doesn't drop the glove and the Devils player is a lot taller. But why is he fighting? Sure, maybe to create a spark while behind, but is there no one on the Canucks that will take a fight to jump start the team instead of Conor?
I just noticed that Garland was still wearing his wedding band while playing hockey! I normally take my rings off when I play! The 'wifey' must love that!
This is why hockey's a bogus sport. EVERY REAL sport ejects and suspends players for indulging in vigilante violence. This will land you in jail and/or court if it takes place anywhere else. Of course fans being assholes doesn't help. They actually believe it's part of the entertainment.

Not a Canucks fan, but i really do like Conor Garland!
Haula is a coward…he gets his punches in…and just as Garland starts up…Haula rag dolls Garland to the ice…Haula likes to dish it out but wimps out.

5-10 165lbs and somehow Garland is our “biggest forward”….. again. Sad.
Conor used both hands and threw a lovely uppercut. He showed some fine skills for a job he shouldn't have to do.

Never cared for that style of Canucks uniforms. Prefer the traditional.
