Chychrun is becoming an incredible d-man, Hopefully he continues to improve in his defensive game as well because he can really become a top pair d-man with his attributes and tools
ROY IS A BAD , BAD COACH ITS SO OBVIOUS.All the blown third period leads is 100% coaching. Coaching is all about player deployment ,strategy and putting your players in a position to succeed.With coaching, you have to know not only all the strengths and weaknesses of every player on your team but also the opposing team so you can mix and match your lineup against whatever lineup the other team has out there for every shift.ROY IS HORRIBLE AT THAT. He is horrible literally at every aspect of coaching. I can guarantee you ,if he had a far less talented lineup then what we do now, im talking about a entire ahl team a good coach would have nowhere near as all these blown third period meltdowns. We blow leads like 90% of the time.Having a full nhl lineup masks roy's deficiencies but having a lineup with injuries then you will see the real roy WHCIH IS THAT HE IS JUST A BAD COACH PERIOD. Before roy you have to blame lamoriello and even before lamoriello blame the dumb owners they are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING.
