    Now that was an entertaining game! The first test without McDavid was without a doubt passed with flying colours, which was great to see! I think Pickard has to be the starter for us at least for the near future, he’s been by far the better of the two goalies. Drai continues his dominance of the Predators. And if we have to keep fighting to win games like Philly did back in the 70’s, I’m all for it! 5-0 this season when we pick up a fighting major, strange stat but I’ll take it😂

    Also really liked the new guys. It was really good to see Caggiula back in an Oilers uniform and I thought he played well. Philp really impressed me, he might not have played very much, but he’s a smart and speedy player. Congrats on your first NHL point, kid! Next stop, first goal, and he almost had that in this game as well near the end there

    Leon did his thing, fourth line was working too. Superb play from Pickard… Great game start to finish

    Was at the game and the lack of effort by the Preds was pitiful even by their low standards. Shameful. It’s not all on the coach as the front office is awful but you can’t fire the entire front office so the coach has to go. Get someone in there that has some respect for the game and can get at least a minimal effort out of this club.

    If you watch very closely, you can briefly see Podkolzin send Lauzon's head to the Shadow Realm for about 2 milliseconds.

    be honest…who else during this game also thought of the absolute HAUL the Oil could get for McDavid…and let Draisaitl lead this team to the cup? Leon thrives as the lead man, he doesn't play the same in the shadow of Connor…I've seen examples of it for years now.
    Eichel, Theodore, and 1st round pick for McDavid??
    Nylander, Reilly, and 1st rd pick?
    Panarin, Fox, and 1st rd pick?

    Would you look at that! That's the result of having a team play. McDavid is overrated. He should stay injured so they would win more.

    the oilers play against the Nashville predators one last time of the season this thursday the oilers defeated the Nashville predators two times this season and they will defeat them one last time am sure next time they play will be in the 2025-2026 season am pretty sure well man if the oilers keep it up they will for sure get their 6th stanley cup the last time they got a stanley cup was in may 24 of 1990 but i still don't think they have what it takes to get a 6th stanley cup they gotta practice on defending and goal tending unless they completely switch out the goal tender's or the Defensemen
