Having no defensive depth is a huge problem.
If Boeser doesnt re-sign soon use him and hogs to gey some Defense. Hes likely to go home to Minnesota this summer when they get 14 million in cap back.
Hogzzzzy getting traded they said the same about Kuzy, OEL and they left no sooner than a month later tbh I don't think there's a real game changer on the market rn

Panic trade is the worst thing we can do. Why not ask Shattenkirk and Klingberg here for a tryout, and sign one or both of them? That way we keep our farm.
TBH, we are not nearly as dominating this year. This might not be the year we should burn the farm and all the draft picks, just for a 1st or 2nd round exit. Wait for a year we absolutely dominate, and then we burn.

Would Ethan Bear be an option. He is doing well in the AHL and seems to have be sober and doing well. He played well with Hughes before.
Im not against trading Hoglander but his value is tanked atm. We should atleast rehab him first. He can play better then he has been.
trading hoagie would be a huge mistake. he has done everything that the coaching staff told him to in the off season. so he is coachable. couch potato GMs (or podcast wannabes) seem to think that you just trade everyone – for everyone else in the league. real life isn't like nhl 2003 where you can get lucky with trades in the 10 year franchise. which by the way – they should bring back again. not to mention the salary cap. the 4 lineups have been a game of musical chairs so far this season. which makes it hard to build chemistry with teammates.
last year everything went right till the playoffs started . this year everything is going wrong…..hopefully until the playoffs start.
