Why would we do the Rangers a favor ?
The Rangers have wanted to get rid of Trouba for two years. He makes $8 million this year and next. This would eat up the rest of the Carey Price LTIR. Why in the world would the Habs want an expensive veteran that the Rangers want to get shed of? Get a number one pick and retain some money and I guess we could take him off your hands and maybe flip him to the redwings for a third round pick?
