it wouldnt be so bad if Matthews spoke to the press about the injury. But he does both to us gets injured goes to Germany and doesnt tell us anything. I look at it as a rude thing to do to us and his teammates who would appreciate knowing if he is coming back or not. Esp because he has done this to us before. During last years playoffs. Leaving for 2 most important games and leaving during the potential last game of year in game 4 mid game.

It is what it is, if he could play he would. Now collect the cap space and make a move that would actually help for the playoffs. IM still very confident is saying the leafs will still win enough to make them. I believe, Papi's injury, is related to his wrist? Auston needs to be 100%, before returning to the lineup. The team is 6 -1 in his absence. JT, Mitchy, Willie, the defensive corp and goaltending, have all played extremely well! GO LEAFS GO!!!!
Tre, will be making trades sooner then later, too bolster their lineup and for next Spring's playoffs! Expendable players in my opinion are: Robertson, Dewar, Holmberg, Benoit, Benning, and Timmons.
