Murray is weak, glad Sullivan finally wised up and realized this. His Glove side is worst in the NHL and all teams know this. He's slower side to side and is simply Swiss cheese in net. Huge major problem with a defense that's always going to give up a ton of chances, in desperate need of a win and you sit Murray, speaks volumes
DeSmith was absolutely incredible in this game. He’s now tied for most shutouts so far this season with 2. This is just what the Pens needed after their 5 game losing streak. #LGP
I always liked DeSmith– he is stable, let's pucks hit him, excellent at stopping the first shot, was a little concerned with his rebound control and had yet to see h8m STEAL a game– a win that should have been a loss but for him. Strangely, vs the CAPS, he nearly did that. Agree, more ice time– Murray works best fresh. and DeSmith will get with the game experience. He will only improve, could even be a great one.
The pens need to frigging tighten up. This team has all the offense they need all they need to do is chip in and play defense as a team they'll be fine.

I know Murray is the bread and butter, but please let DeSmith play more. The effort he's putting forth should earn him more ice time.
