Also, look again, Mathew’s was directly at fault for both the first two goals. Screened his goalie on the first one and totally missed the assignment on the man in front of the net on the 2nd. That -3 meant something tonight. He needs to be better

The owners of the Leafs care more about money than winning. The Sens owner still plays as a goaltender. He eats, sleeps, breathes, and consumes nothing but hockey, and he is extremely competitive, and is essentially only concerned about winning a Stanley Cup, and he will do whatever it takes! Ottawa was blessed by the hockey God's to have Michael Andlauer buy their team.

Jersey throwing – I assume comes from similar reasons as Sam said for boo's. Many people cannot afford Leafs tickets on a regular basis. It is a special event and very expensive. Growing up I was lucky to go to one Leafs game only (which was a one-time Christmas present and made me cry from excitement knowing it was a big deal) and that is how it is for a lot of hardcore Leafs fans. Then to go to this "one-time big special event" and see that lackluster performance… Guys making 10+ mil a year looking like they have less effort than guys on rec beer league teams… over and over again year after year… people get fed up.
If there was a second team in the GTA it would be good for the Leafs because it would put more pressure to perform and not do crap like this, as people would just stop coming/cheering.
As a blues fan, I'm so glad this popped up on my YT to watch. 🤣
