The fact that some people think what we witnessed here is a hockey fight is depressing. The only thing that was really warranted was a delay of game for aggressive cuddling.

The league did everything they could to legislate fighting out of the game, eliminate 2 line pass, 3-3 OT, etc…all in the name of allowing skill to flourish…now the league lets games get bogged down after clean hits…it’s an alarming trend
The fact that nobody can make a clean hit anymore without having to answer for it is the most annoying thing about the league. I can understand when it's knee on knee or something like that… but when your guy gets trucked, just take a number and wait for your opportunity. Great hit!
