   Watson was given the aggressor penalty, which is rarely called when the other player doesn't fight.
   Same thing happened last week in Montreal, when Xhekai attacked Pare after Pare kneed Laine in the same game.

   Only 5 years ago, that’s coincidental minor penalties. Now refs just hand penalties out like candy. Misconduct, Misconduct, Misconduct. Bench clearing brawls in the 70’s got less penalties than this. What a joke.
